Ultra High Vacuum Degassing Chamber
For the advancement of a semiconductor industry, most of the processes have recently been conducted in vacuum. Since, it is fairly difficult to analyze abnormal phenomena that occur in the process faultiness by outgases generated in the process. TDS is equipped with numerous mechanisms for the detection of wafer-level impurities up to 500 amu automatically.
It is the first system that shows metallic sensitivity similar to that of VPD-ICP-MS or TXRF without requiring an expensive analysis system, and allows on-line monitoring in the semiconductor production line with minimum demand on pre-processing.
E-beam system is an equipment to provide the electron beam vertically to the evaporate surface with an electron gun for the process of optically multi-layer thin films.
